Kalau ada yang terasa tidak beres, ikuti urutan pemulihan ini:
hermes doctor # 1. diagnosis masalah konfigurasi
hermes model # 2. cek ulang provider & model
hermes setup # 3. jalankan ulang wizard setup
hermes sessions list # 4. cek daftar sesi
hermes --continue # 5. coba resume sesi
hermes gateway status # 6. cek status gateway (kalau pakai bot)Masalah umum

| Hermes jalan tapi balasan kosong/error | Auth provider atau pemilihan model salah | Jalankan hermes model ulang, cek provider, model, dan auth |
| Custom endpoint “jalan” tapi hasilnya ngaco | Base URL/nama model salah, atau endpoint tidak benar-benar OpenAI-compatible | Uji endpoint di client terpisah dulu |
| Gateway aktif tapi tidak ada yang bisa chat ke bot | Token bot, allowlist, atau setup platform belum lengkap | Jalankan ulang hermes gateway setup, cek hermes gateway status |
hermes --continue tidak menemukan sesi lama | Ganti profile, atau sesi memang belum tersimpan | Cek hermes sessions list, pastikan profile yang benar |
| Model unavailable / fallback aneh | Routing provider atau fallback terlalu agresif | Matikan routing dulu sampai provider dasar stabil |
